General Sales Conditions


Postponement:


In case of postponement of your stay, your deposit will be count towards the next reservation.


Cancellation :


30 days before arrival: Refund of deposit.


5 days before arrival: 50% deduction of the deposit.


Within 15 days before arrival: Loss of the entire deposit.


No show: The full price of the stay will be required.


Terms of arrival and departure


Check-in 2 pm.


Check-out before noon.


Exceptions to these rules can be extended free of charge if your room (s) are not booked by other guests.

Payment conditions.


Deposit:


All reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the stay.


Payment of this deposit is to be made by bank transfer to our account.


Settlement of balance:


Hotel taxes are 2 euros per person per night.


The balance is to be settled at the residence:


  • In Cash : Euros or Dirhams


  • By credit card (Visa or Master Card), with an additional 4% for Inter Banking Electronic Banking Center fees.
